Who we are
OLYS Telecom Ltd (voiperhub.com) is the data controller for the personal data described here. We decide what data is collected and why. You can reach us about any privacy matter at info@voiperhub.com.
What we collect and why
- Account data — email address, display name and login credentials (stored hashed by our authentication provider). Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Purchase and entitlement data — the plan or article unlock you bought, subscription status, renewal dates, credit balance, and the payment provider's customer and transaction identifiers. Used to give you the access you paid for. Legal basis: contract.
- Content you submit — AI troubleshooting prompts, submitted corrections and any logs or configuration you paste in. Used to answer your question and to review and improve knowledge base entries. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate content.
- Support messages — what you send us and our replies. Used to handle your request. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and error/diagnostic logs. Used for security, abuse and fraud prevention, and to keep the service working. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
We do not ask for or want sensitive personal data. Please redact customer phone numbers, recordings and other personal data from logs before pasting them into prompts or corrections.
Payment data
Card and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. We never see or store full payment card details — we only receive the identifiers and status information needed to grant access and handle support.
Who we share data with
- Merchant of Record — Paddle, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
- Service providers — our application hosting and platform provider (Lovable), our managed database and authentication provider, and the AI model provider that processes troubleshooting prompts on our behalf. These act as processors under contract.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
Account, entitlement and AI session records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that purchased access and support history remain available. Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. To exercise any of these, email info@voiperhub.com; we aim to respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local supervisory authority. Our registered jurisdiction is United Kingdom.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures for a service of this size: encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the site, encryption of data at rest by our database provider, row-level access rules so members can only read their own account and purchase records, role-restricted access to the internal provider portal, and server-side checks on paid content. No system is completely secure, so we also keep access to production data limited to those who need it.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and local browser storage only — to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block this storage in your browser, but signing in will stop working.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email info@voiperhub.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against other users' data, and give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
Changes
If we make material changes to this notice we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
